This is our custom ball bearing solution for other M57 engines designed to work with 170Kw/231HP exhaust manifold. Instead of electrical actuator vacuum control is used.
Turbosystems universal upgrade turbocharger for BMW M57 features:
dual ceramic ball bearing;
reinforced bigger machined from the solid compressor wheel – 54/73mm;
bigger turbine wheel – 58/54mm;
new housings;
new shaft;
balanced on VSR;
